It's Illegal, but it is possible, you need to put a mod chip into the Wii, and then you just copy it like you would copy a CD. With the mod chip, It'll work.
References :
For bowling you can change the spin on the ball by tilting the controller to the left or right while you are swinging the controller forward. Tilting to the left will cause the ball to curve to the left and right to the right. Be careful about how much of a tilt you use.

As far as a release point, it is a matter of figuring this out on your own due to the nature of your own swing and spin. However, I can say that if you release at the bottom of the throw, the ball will pick up the spin and curve earlier. Of course, the later you release the less spin and curve the ball will pick up.

The last thing I've noticed is there is a bit of speed control based on the forward and back tilt on the controller. Keeping it level as you swing (a better visual might be described as keep the controller in a straight line with your arm) will just let the ball go at a the speed you put behind it in your throw. Snaping your wrist up at the end will put a slight backspin on the ball and allow it to pick up more of the left and right spin. I haven't tested sanping down at the end of the throw, but I imagine that it would put a front spin on the ball which would cause it to travel a little faster.
References :
yes u can copy them but they wont work on your console unless its chipped. They used to chip consoles by soldering a specific chip inside the console itself, but a friend of mine has just had her wii chipped and it was done by software. they put a disc in and download info to the console and then its able to read copied discs. And i think it would need to be a data disc not a cd type
References :
they don't work anymore... since the new games have firmware 3.3 and it asks u to update but you don't need a free loader.. i think you can use the gecko OS app once you have the homebrew channel and it should work i'm not sure about that though.. but i think it does

nintendo killed AR, freeloaders, trucha signed discs with the 3.3 update you could downgrade ur wii with waninkoko's downgrader but if you mess up or ur internet dies while its downgrading ur wii is toast

hope that helps

No, you really can't unless you "mod" your console, which I do not recommend doing.

"Modding" your console means you open your console and solder in a special chip which "tricks" the console into thinking your backup copies are the original disks.

As far as copying your disks go? There are certain procedures you have to follow for it to work and they're somewhat complicated. Here's a forum with step-by-step instructions: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/471073

In the U.S., it is only legal to back-up copies of titles you legitimately purchased and own. It is not legal to make backups to give to friends and others, or to make backups of titles you rented or downloaded off shareware sites on the internet. That's considered "piracy" and a violation of copyright laws.

If you decide to "mod" your console, you will automatically void your warranty and run the risk of "frying" your console. You also run the risk of having your console "bricked", meaning that it may not be compatable with future updates for your console, which may cause it to stop working.

I would like the ability to make backups for my titles as well, but feel the risks outweigh the benefits. Plus frankly, there's just too many "hoops" to jump through to do it, that I wouldn't invest my time or money in.
References :
The bowling is one of those strange things where you keep sucking at it, till you inadvertantly discover the trick to it. When you swing the wiimote be sure to swing back then, when swinging forward release B anywhere between hip level and full extension of your forward arm. It's really hard to explain without being able to show you, but just play around with it, and you'll eventually get the hang of it.

Keep in mind that if you turn your wrist to one side or the other while releasing B, you will put a spin on the ball and it will curve to either side. You can adjust where you stand to compensate for a natural spin by using the d-pad left and right buttons.

Hope this helps. Keep at it, and you'll get it eventually!
References :
Personal Experience ;)
